Yoga Teachers

Flow Yoga Seven Dials, Brighton & Hove

Danny Griffiths

Having  studied dance throughout my youth, I took my first yoga class in 1995 and became hooked.  My knowledge of form and posture gained through dance enhanced the awakening  of my body and the flow of movement in yoga.

I have  practised  various  yoga styles, (Astanga, Iyengar, Bikram, Jivamukti, Vinyasa Flow).   I completed my Yoga Alliance 200hr yoga teacher training at the beginning of  2014 and am currently attending the unity post graduate   programme IYN with  Unity  brighton.

Yoga practice is a journey which unfolds through time and may become a way of life. For me classes leave me feeling energised focused and give strength to my mind,  body and soul. I hope you will find my classes and music uplifting, refreshing and you will leave feeling Yoga-fit

Sandra

Sandra teaches a fluid, creative vinyasa style of yoga accompanied by appropriate music. The breath is key to her, and she focuses on this throughout the class using the breath to flow through her sequencing.

Sandra gently challenges her students offering subtle variations depending on individuals.  She will help you release tensions by creating an energy flow though your body, though asana's (postures), mantras, mediation and pranayama (breath work).

Playfully and with curiosity you will explore your body, mind and breath. Expect to giggle, but also to turn your focus inward, moving blissfully into yet unknown ways.
