Flow and Restore Workshop with Bev and Danny

Following the amazing feedback from our first workshop we are delighted to invite you to 

join us again for another very relaxing afternoon. We will ease you into Sunday night and prepare you for the week ahead. 

A creative playful flow class with Danny, accompanied by a carefully complied playlist.

Followed by a sprinkling of Bev magic, (restorative yoga and sound bath).

Finally stick around for a cuppa and catch up at the end... we'll bring the tea and a treat.
