9.15am Tuesday 1 hour flow class @Open Space Studios

6.30pm Tuesday 1 hour flow class @BHASVIC

9.15am Thrusday 1 hour flow class @Open Space Studios

Drop in Class £12 or 6 for £60 ( Class Card)

Or one Drop in and all live online for the week £17

Monthly : 4 Studio Classes and all live online £56 per month
