Flow Package

To use from now till the 14th April 2024

Several Flow yoga classes for you to use during the school holidays, weekends or anytime you fancy practicing

You can play them as many times as you like and whenever you like. 

Accessing the recorded classes

You will be sent a password by by e-mail when you book.  To watch the videos, enter the password into box below. 

Playlists and instructions

Playlists are all on spotify, if you have an account. Please ensure you play them from a different device than the one you are watching the class from. Ideally using a good speaker.
