Pregnancy Yoga Classes

 

A gentle flow class focusing on the breath. Preparing the mind and body for changes ahead

Benefits of practising yoga during pregnancy:

 

  • Yoga helps to prepare for the birth - it encourages breath and body awareness, a great tool for labour, regulating blood pressure and heart rate, at the same time helps us to stay calm
  • Posture is improved by yoga and this can help relieve tension of lower back, hips, chest, upper back, neck and shoulders
  • Can reduce worry and teaches women to adapt to new situations
  • Can help you connect with your baby. Time to step away from busy everyday life and connect to changes happening within
  • Increases circulation, decreasing swelling and improving immunity
